Title: Pay as you Go Mobile Phone
Post by: jameslindsay on May 20, 2009, 09:02:38 pm
For many years I have had a contract mobile with Vodafone but after their shocking bad service I have cancelled my contract - ends tomorrow so I have left this to the last minute. I have decided as I rarely use it I will go Pay as you go, anyone have any recommendations? I have had a quick look and think Asda may be the cheapest calls, Tesco do offer doubling your top up but their calls are 3 times more expensive than Asda. All I need is to make and receive calls, texts, camera and be able to make/receive calls abroad.

If you can help point me in the right direction I would be grateful.

Compare the meerkat maybe? ;) ;D ;D ;D  www.comparethemarket.com   Don't have that problem, son works for O2 and pays my bill - £10 per month 200 calls and 200 texts a month does me fine. ;D

Coverage up here can be a problem with the smaller networks, James. We found O2 the best and you get 10% free of your top-up free every 3 moths, and I only top up about every 3. There are even better deals with them if you actually commit to topping up each month. :&>
