Just had some of our pork chops and this time I prepared and cooked them the way Gordon Ramsay did the other night, WOW very tasty indeed  :pig:

We use the Gordan Ramsey recipe for baked chops in a piquant sauce. delicious! :yum:  That should be on line, if you can't find it I'll post a link.

Just made it tonight definately a huge hit, helps when you have truly superior pork chops  :eyelashes:
