Hi all
yes i know its been done before but still need some help.
as some of you may know i rear my own pigs and wouldnt mind having a go at doing some sausages, but also i have a jam/chutney making business and quite often need to mince fruit veg etc for different chutneys. so seeing as i am el-skinto at the moment what mincer would be people reccomend, i have seen the Lloytron & Orbit ones on Ebay, but there is also a Breville one and AEG although they seem to be a lower wattage.

go on the northern tool site they have a mincer that is good for a starter one ours has minced a good few pigs and is still going strong although it is replaced with a bigger capacity one and get a hand sausage maker rather than a mincer attachment :farmer:

Hi, look on the Weschenfelder's web site
the Sausage Making specialists.......they can supply everything you need to make your own Sausages. they have all the equipment you need to mince your own sausage meat & make your own sausages with a range of mincers, sausage stuffers, sausage seasonings and skins.
regards
