Title: Raised bed material
Post by: Goldcraig on September 13, 2012, 10:29:56 am
Good Morning !!

Can someone please advise what is the best material (wood / plastic) to form the frames for raised beds?
I am planning to get them formed and ready with manure and topsoil for next year....

Thanks in advance....

scaffold boards are chestnut, and a good suggestion.
mine are cedar and they seem to be doing ok. dont dismiss tanalised timber, its safe for growing food in, and is often found in skips ;) :D
