Fill them with lard and hang out for the birds?
-
I was thinking that but don't really want to encurage the birddies at the moment as they are nesting in the loft lol
-
Save for Christmas, dye them red and fill with choccy to hang on the tree!!
-
lol good idea
-
make a pair of fishnet tights out of them
-
no enought of them for me to wear as tight am afraid
-
you could store your onions/shallots/garlic in them
sew them all together to make a net to protect any fruit you are growing
-
hehe
I like this thread maybe i should come up with some more things for alternative uses.
-
how about cigarette boxes
-
make little coffins for slugs you have squished - that would seem apt for the fag packets
-
slugs are for the chickens and usually the ducks but they were killed by a fox 2 nights ago. could use them as tiny coffins for the little bits of the ducks i found

What about odd knitting needles?
