Title: Poultry feeders
Post by: fairhaven on September 07, 2012, 06:59:32 pm
Not sure if this will be of interest to anyone, but they are cheap enough & we just bought 2 of the 40kg feeders & they've made life a bit easier  :chook:   Yes, easy to make but not if you don't have the bins in the first place  ;)

I've got one of these too.  It has a small tray underneath, up high for the feed to drop onto. I hope this will stop crows and rats from feeding and knock any waste/spoiling on the head. Yet to try it though, as Ive still got to do a massive reorganisation ...keep putting it off and off and off.... ::)
