Title: Incubation/hatching question

i have 11 silver appleyard and a call duck eggs hatching in about 2 weeks.I have been told you are meant to keep them in the incubator for about 24 hours after they hatch.Do you keep the heat on when they hatch?its currently 37.5 c

Yes, you must leave the heat on but if you have an automatic turning device that has to be switched off - 3 days before hatching. I hope all goes well for you, it is a great experience hatching. I once had a miniature silver appleyard, he was a great wee fella. Let us know how you get on.
