:pig:.well after wanting one for years my OH bought me a wonderful sausage making mincer with book and all needed to make glorious sausages..but..
9 mths on and it still neatly boxed..WHOOPS!..
Really think i should try it out soon before the warranty :innocent:runs out ...i think maybe im scared the sausages might slip off the end into a mess on the floor or maybe im needing some motivation... :innocent:

You're going to have to unpack it and use it now, Heidi. Photos of the results please. Especially if it lands on the floor. :roflanim:
I'm sure they will be fine though.

It only takes a few minutes to get the hang of it and the bit that goes wrong can be used again, well the sausage meat anyway. It takes a while to get set up, everything really clean etc. but you will feel good when you have all those sausages hanging on your clothes airer. You will need to hang them for a while to let everything set. If you haven't got a clothes airer a couple of broomsticks(new) or a couple of hazel wands from the hedge set over the backs of chairs will do.
Go for it, girl and good luck, you'll enjoy it!!
