I'm sure there's a section on the forum diary about dan's home made smoker then a new one which may be a Bradley?

I was looking up smokers and ideas when OH got one from my two little boys for fathers day. Just the small parts in a kit and he made a home smoker. It has only been used a couple of time but cheese, fresh trout and salmon were all tried  :yum:

What hints etc are you after?  I'll try to help but we have only used the parts from the kit following the book for advice.
