Hi - I have some spare Coloured Egg layers which are bred from my pure lines of Cream Legbars, Marans and Welsummer. They should lay a mix of egg colours mainly blues and greens with some speckled and tinted. Pretty birds, all with little feathery hats. Will try and get photo tomorrow. Meanwhile these are some eggs from youngsters hatched earlier in the year from some eggs I posted out.
Collect from Worcestershire. £18 each.

Thanks Victorian Farmer - I am pleased with what I raised this year. I try to get them outside as much as I can it always seems to make for stronger stock, but hatching this year has been a nightmare for my Marans eggs. I think it is just so changeable on the humidity.
If we suddenly get a dry autumn I might have another go with the Marans, otherwise I shall just hope for a better 2013. Its my hobby so really I just sell on any spares - I don't want to make it into a "business" as I feel I wouldn't enjoy them then :) I am really looking forward to this years pullets starting into lay. I can hardly wait for the colours of the eggs :fc:
