Title: Goats Milk

legaly can I give the weaners our surpless Goats milk ?
It would not have been in the house, just straight out of the Goats into buckets then to the pigs  :-\

yes you can but depends on which breed of pig you have they will layer the fat on  :farmer:

we soak mixed flakes in it, they don't seem to drink it very well!
or add it to their mash...

its fantasic stuff but as robert says for meat pigs will put fat on quicker than wink its fine for growers upto 16 weeks and sows pre and post farrowing.

OK thanks , we have GOSs and they are coming up 5 months now so guess I will have to try and find something else to use the milk on  because they definatly dont need extra fat  ::)
