Title: Port of Menteith Country fare 9th / 10th May

Anyone else planning on going to the Basc Port of Menteith Country Fare this weekend - if it stops raining long enough?

We were there a few years ago and weren't really that impressed!
Yes, there was working dog demonstrations and ferret racing but not enough to keep the kids occupied. The stalls were very much "hunting and shooting" and we spend a major amount of money on nothing!!

Great place if you've got loads of spare cash and are interested in kitting yourself out with £150 boots and £300 stalking outfits!!

Go the the highland show! Far more entertaining!!
