Title: various chickens for sale or rehoming-East Lothian
Post by: lord flynn on August 01, 2012, 11:15:59 am

1 Australorp cross: large, impressive looking black hen, approximately 3 years old. Not well handled but good layer of around 5 eggs per week.  FTGH

one Scots Grey cockerel 9weeks old- £5

One silver pencilled cockerel 9 weeks- unknown breeding, probably a cross breed. Cute and friendly with a limited future. Free.

One silver pencilled pullet 9 weeks-again a cross breed but very pretty. She looks likely to be a Wynadotte cross. £5

Also local hen sitting service (local to Haddington area), small incubator and brooding equipment for hire, please ask for details. please pm

Hi, how much would you want for your Marsh Daisys, we are near Lauder, south of Edinburgh and could collect, we keep rare breeds and your hens would free range here, its chicken heaven (we have 4 very old ladies at the moment) and lots and lots of ducks.  There are 2 gamekeepers nearby so we don't get hit by foxes/badgers etc.  Many thanks.

all gone except for silver pencilled pullet and cockerel. due to their young age they can only go together or the cockerel can go alone once he is older.

I realise it's a long shot, but if someone just wants a cockerel around to keep their hens in order, he's just the thing. He's going to be very good looking-black and white with  beetly green tail feathers.
