Hi,

Just wondering what the peak age for adult pig fertility is?
Also, when is it a good time to send the older breeders off for sausages, and with the boar, when will he stop being fertile?

Going by my pigs I would say about 3 years is peak for the sows but that peak could last a year or so. My eldest boar is 7 and still doing a good job but not catching first time but that's not the end of the world. :thumbsup:
