Title: Grand designs...Woodmans house!!!!

I watched tonight the grand designs re visited of the woodsman in Sussex, what a stunning house and in an idyllic lifestyle, I want to live there, does anyone else?????

I watched that one when it first came out, and it was really amazing. Sorry I missed it tonight as I love that episode.

He does go to show though that there really are some people out there living a far more self sufficient life than most of us. He relies on the wood for his home and his livelihood.

It was on more 4 and it was amazing, he has 2 children now, what a nice life for children!!!! He is so successful now he has tours around his land, I would love his life style...

What I found amazing and really heartening was that he built the house in 7 months with no plans as such, and just help from friends and volunteers.  Now there's a man who trusts the universe!

I've seen this episode a couple of times... and I agree, would love to live there too  :)

There is something majical about woodland, my ideal home would be surrounded by woodland.
