Title: What constitutes Economic Activity?

Some of you may remember that I had asked Animal Health what constitutes economic activity in relation to transporting of animals. They sent me this link. Take a look at sections 1.9 to 1.16

I got a similar one from Welfare in transport dept when i queried why they hadn't sent my transporters certificate back after i sent it for renewal, they said my activities were such i didn't require one and i had any problems to point any query in their direction. I amlisted as a hobby breeder which is what i am. Pigs never make any money! ;D
