Hi there,
               popped in and out of The Accidental Smallholder for some time, and just registered now, as it is a great site full of wonderful, enthusiastic and nutty people who spend endless amounts of time in wellies talking to animals and clearing up after them!
As an introduction, my husband & I farm near Crieff. However, I have become an accidental smallholder over the last few years, acquiring a Highland cow, Oxford & Sandy Black pigs, 2 Wendsleydale sheep, light Sussex hens (of which we have incubated eggs) and only last weekend gained 2 Alpacas, which are truly adorable! Not quite mainstream farming, but such fun!
I have also been learning to spin, and have been playing around with the process, some parts more successfully than others! Looking forward to chatting to others on the website  :)
