Hi folks, any forum members attending ?
I'm in the :bee: :bee: :bee: tent helping out over both days. Not to many name badges with Zac on so introduce yourself
Be warned Tilly, from memory you said you were showing your GFD's so I'm coming looking for you ;)
Lets hope the sun decides to come & say hello also.

my parents have rang to say they have all been told to move from the showground as its deemed unsafe with the high winds, its their first year at the suffolk we told them what a great show it is and the sun has always come out when we have gone in the past guess whos in the dog house ::)

Thats such a shame, it is such a nice show.

Congrats to your parents chickenfeed. Had I know they were there I would have added them to my 'to meet list'
Managed to meet with Tilly and some of her flock, although this did cause some confusion as the only GFD's at the show weren't, as far as anyone else was aware, owned by a 'Tilly'. Tilly your true identity is safe with me :innocent: Great to chat with you this morning.

Phew - made it home in one piece!
All the Greyfaces now merrily munching away on the grass :sheep: :sheep: :sheep: :sheep: :sheep: :sheep: - totally unaware of any upset or disorder in this mornings events at the Suffolk Show.
Such a shame :'( for the Suffolk show , but from how my tent was getting buffeted in the early hours, till the time I decided I had better take it down before it took off , :o things were getting a little "hairy" on the showground.
;D "The plus point" was the main sheep show had been done the first day of the show in which the weather was lovely for my classes, and the Greyface Dartmoor's had "strutted their stuff" and done me proud- Two 2nd`s and a 4th, which may not sound that great ,but My little sheep had really tough competition being up against the larger longwool sheep breeds and I don't need a :trophy: to make me PROUD of my "babies"
It was lovely to meet a fellow TAS member :D even though my cover is blown and my showing rivals have learned of the TAS --- and now call me by my forum name Tilly :eyelashes:

Big congrats chickenfeed parents and Undercover Tilly ;D
:trophy: :trophy:
Sounds like a rough time weather-wise. A big shame with all the prep that I imagine goes into it for the organisers and participants.
