Title: Balwen Tup Lamb
Post by: Rosadollymixture on June 04, 2012, 02:37:25 pm
Hi, I have what could be best described as a micro-flock of Balwen sheep (3 ewes and a tup).  Two of the girls each produced a single lamb this year one girl and one boy.  What I would like to know is if there is anyone out there who would be interested in giving the tup lamb a home later in the year.  My husband is sorting out the freezer space but if I can find him a home I'd feel a lot happier.  I live in the Alford area of Aberdeenshire.  It would be good to know if there is anyone else in the Aberdeenshire, Moray, Angus area who keeps the same breed of sheep.

Thanks for the reply Crofterloon.  Just to let you know my original flock came from Sharon Bruckshaw, Bayview Rarebreeds near Turriff.
