I will give them a try. I have been finding it difficult to get chicks as people only want to sell hatching eggs of chickens at POL. I only have week old chicks who live with my week old cayuga ducklings and three week old khaki cambells.Putting a full grown chicken in with them would only be asking for trouble. Many Thanks

I love Melton Market. We went last Tuesday and bought our chicks. Unfortunatley out of the 11 we brought home 2 died for no apparant reason and one just vanished which was really perculiar. My sister in law bought 4 and 3 of hers died. All the rest of the chicks are very strong and healthy so not sure what they had wrong. You also cannot guarantee that you are going to get what you want for the price you want to pay as some things were going for hurrendously high prices. Still we may go again  just because I like it.
