sorry for poor title not too good at them...
should the 2 new kids be able to access outside with mum, they are 2 days old and it between 20-30 degrees outside
:goat: :goat:

It's usual the cold that keeps mine in and under a heat lamp so I would have said they would be fine - as long as they can get in if mum wants to go in or so shade somewhere
-
I think mum would keep an eye on them and take them in if she thought they were getting too hot.
-
I am sure the kids will enjoy being outside, but do keep an eye on them that they are not getting too hot.
I always bring mine inside at night - I know they are not getting up to mischief or anything.

Mine was out from day 2 but we brought in every night until the kids are 6 weeks old and big enough to not be of interest to foxy. Just be around for a bit to watch them on the fencing etc as they will find bits that they can pour themselves through that don't look like they are big enough! We had to seal off the underside of the shed as Sixpence was permanently getting stuck under it and he found he could fit through sheep fencing ::)

oh thats cool they can go out today ,i bring all in at night any way so they can have hay and feed ,

Most of my goats are housed in goat arks (basically giant pig arks with doors). They can go in when they want as the doors are propped open all day, but, once its dark some of them kick up a fuss until I escort them indoors and shut the half door .....

well doors have been left open but only mum has gone out and not to far from her babies
-
They'll no doubt follow when they get used to the idea. Or when they're hungry.
