Title: Legarth Geese

Does anyone breed these for the table? If so, what are they like, meat ratio to bone and how do they taste compared to other traditional breeds?

If I'm not mistaken "legarth" is a name given to their particular strain of geese by one of the big hatcheries in Norfolk. They are probably Embden or an Embden cross.
