Born last night at 2.20, 4.20 and 5.30am, all girls, I had to help all three, the first was breach with legs straight out under her, second front feet first with head turned and third breach with legs folded under her.
Thefirst time I've done anything like that, feeling quite proud of myself and very sleepy.
They're all doing OK, but having trouble finding Gertie's teats her udder is very big and the teats very low.
She's alright but still got part of the sfterbirth hanging, every now and then she strains and pushes it a bit further out and eats some more she can reach.
She's been huge for so long she's looking very skinny and boney now, a bit of a problem finding enough muscle to inject the antibiotic into this morning.

Well done Gerty, and well done Debbie. All safe and sound.

Now that is definitely a GG type mum! Who's daddy?
Well done for doing it all yourself, I called the vet for mine :-[ - I had a true breech this year too, bum/tail only, but in-between me calling the vet and him arriving here the nanny (a BT) pushed him out herself!
Hopefully not all boys though?

Well done all round

Well done- watch the kids very carefully for signs of ill health over the next few days. The births were really quite far apart, and the kids could get inhalation pneumonia if they breathed in any of the kidding fluids.

Thank you everyone for your replies and support.
They enjoyed a sunny afternoon out in the yard, 'exploring'. It amazes me how they leap about so much so young.

Well done on coping with such a difficult birth and 3 little girls
