We have a lamb that was born with a perfect straight neck and was growing into a lovely strong lamb. Overnight when it was about a month old, it developed a bent neck resulting it unable to run in a straight line and not able to lift his head up.
He eats as good as the others, he tries to run around but sometimes falls over and he is physically still a strong lamb.
I have felt his neck and he appears to be in pain on the side that is jutting out and he attempts to put his foot up to sratch it if I touch it. I injected him on the neck around the same time but on the opposite side for pulpy kidney/blackleg etc so not sure if this is the cause or whether he got it stuck in the gate one night and has somehow dislocated it?
Any ideas anyone as to how to help the poor little thing?

Poor lamb. It is not possible to make a judgement as to what has happened to him from your description alone and this is clearly something unusual. Have you taken him to the vet? He sounds to be in pain so needs professional treatment.

Ask the vet imo. The symptoms could be indicative of a number of things from an injury at one end of the scale to listeriosis at the other (but clearly it is highly unlikely to be that because he is still with you).
