Title: hanging plancenta...advice plse

our boer x girlie, Jeannie delivered three lovely kids last night, about 8pm ish

this morning part of the placenta is still hanging out (we saw alot delivered last night, so assume only a small amount left)...any advice?...long how do we leave her before intervening??

goats can pass gung for up to a week, as long as it particularly smelly of anything, don't worry too much :)

and congratulations on the kids!   :goat:

the placenta has all passed now....she is rather tired, but mother and babies doing well

will post pics soon, only ones i have are when they were first born and still rather wet!!
