I am reducing my small flock, so have 3 shetland ewes for sale. I havnt had them long, but the ladies are friendly, and come to a bucket. 2 are approx 2 years old, the other a bit older. The other bonus is they are not jumpers :thumbsup: im in kent

Wow thats weird because i got three escapee shetland ewes at the moment out on the marlborough downs. Seen your post and thought ' no cant be ' . ;)

HAAHA!! Mine were out last night as well, my own fault as I had put them in the field with crappy fencing but more grass cos I felt sorry for them, the fencers are just finishing the fence for their new field.
Didnt feel sorry for them after me and my friend had eveentually rounded up all 20, split in 3 different groups. Especially not defiant Gretel, it's a good job for her she has lovely twin lambs for me......:-O
With good fences, they are a delight, but if they do get out, it is like herding cats :-))) ;D

I dont know what you mean, honest officer! ;D Best thing to round them up with was a rifle suggested a friend!

Still wouldnt have anything else, so hardy, great mum and lovely personalities, and easy to deal with with their size :-)))) recommend them :-)

What do you Want for them we are in Devon and are building up our Shetland flock pm if you think we could sort

Horsemadmummy....have you tried Dodie Huxter...she always had a big flock of good shetlands and is in Devon?
