Title: Ferrel cats, anyone?
Post by: SmallTimeSmallholder on May 11, 2012, 10:34:26 pm
Hi everyone,
I'm in the middle of an area of outstanding natural beauty, so acres and acres of land (not mine, unfortunately) for a cat to roam. I have disused donkey stables to house and obviously would be happy to feed and water. I'm suffering from a dreadful and ever worsening rat and mouse problem. I think we could be a good home for a couple of ferrel cats. If any of you know of some, please let me know.
Many thanks  :)  :cat:

The catsprotection are always looking for homes for semiformal cats.

Hi there SmallTimeSmallholder - we have a gorgeous Bengal cat who is a brilliant hunter and we are trying to rehome him somewhere appropriate. He needs space away from other cats and your place sounds absolutely perfect - he's fantastic around adults and kids but has to be top cat and so tends to fight ruthlessly with neighbouring cats - and our neighbours have finally drawn the line at mounting vet bills. He is not feral, but he would be very happy to have a lot of space to himself and would be quite chuffed to have the run of a smallholding.

If you're interested, let us know - if you'd prefer to chat by phone PM me and I'll share the details.

Many thanks :)
