Hi, I found the forum whilst googling....don't we all !
We have been growing stuff for years, but have recently rented about an acre to expand our operations, I have recently bought a Howard Gem and a Trusty walkbehind with the JAP engine and it was this that brought me here, I just found a question that I am off to answer

Hi and welcome; glad you could join us!

Expanding your veg plot by an acre sounds like very hard work. Welcome :pig:
-
yep it is, been working all week until dark, half of it will be used for chickens and other fowl this year so that will help ;) also putting up a couple of tunnels
-
Polytunnel is one of my many wants. One day when the pigs cost less and earn us more. :pig:

Hi from me too, I have a polytunnel and get lots of use from it all year long.
Luckily I inherited it when I bought the house, they are very expensive here in France.

Hello
Good luck with everything
I had thought of originally buying into a lot of land up tpo 20 acres at first but now i think i will be looking small for personal reasons - good luck

here's a tip...if you order poythene for tunnels from LBS then don't pay for next day delivery as ours took over a week and they have refused to refund the overnight charge of £15.... and we have missed an ideal day to do it because of that .....now it's been too windy, which is frustrating to say the least
