Title: Quantity to bottle feed
Post by: fifixx on May 06, 2012, 10:54:47 am
I am topping up the smallest of 2 sets of triplets who now are missing out on mum's milk as their siblings are shoving them out of the way!

I have been bottlefeeding them twice a day with 350mls goat milk at a time - is this the right amount?  of course they would like to go on and on but I am a bit worried they will pop....!

they are now out in the day, so having grass, hay and some concentrate

350ml  is plenty particularly if they are eating as well.        I never give more because I personally don' think they can cope with larger quantities.
