After having to sell my small flock of Jacobs last year, due to my wife having to have an emergency c section 8 weeks early and spending a lot of time in our local NeoNatal unit bang on lambing time, I was very sad to see them go. But a year later our son William is doing well, after a lot of searching today I finally replaced the Jacobs with 3 ewes (2 Poll Dorsets and Lleyn). Lovely looking ewes so chuffed can't wait till lambing next year. It definitely will be watch this space....

That's good news. You'll definitely have to get the lad involved with the sheep. My lot make excellent herders. I have had to put more training into them than I would have a collie though.
