Hi all.. i was cruising the net, giving myself a mighty headache, looking for a natural cheese starter, when this site came up.. so please, if the gentleman named dave who was talking about ladies bedstraw or anybody else who knows.. please answer this, how much plant matter does it take to start the curdle .. many thanks :wave:
