-
Very sharp here - like you, worried about my seeds. Animals all fine in it though :)

Yep , we had a smattering this morning first thing, last night it clouded over and i thought we were in for some rain but woke to blue sky and the wifes cold feet in the small of my back.

very hard frost this morning but now beautiful sunshire and getting quite warm

For a few years now, Ive been caught out planting things outside only to have them attacked by a late frost. The local unwritten rule in these parts is that you dont plant anything outside until the latter part of May. Trouble is that by the end of May all the plants have been snapped up at the garden centres by people with polytunnels a d greenhouses!

Yes, chilly in Powys. -3 when I did the sheepy check last night and a decent frost this morning.
-
Hard frost her in Anglesey too. Quite nice and warm by 9am though and not a breath of wind.
-
minus 2 at dawn in southern Scotland, sunny morning with an icy wind, clouding over now.
-
Minus 2 near Oxford as well. Lovely and sunny now though and the blossom doesn't seem to have suffered.http://www.accidentalsmallholder.net/forum/Smileys/default/smiley.gif (http://www.accidentalsmallholder.net/forum/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Nothing in Shropshire at 11.43 last night when I went out to bottle feed my kid. If there was one this morning it was gone by 9am when I set foot outside.
-
Yes - I went outside at about 2am and it was quite mild but by the time I went out again at 7am there was a frost.
-

Really worried about our plum blossom, we've not bought a bottle of wine in 2 years since hubby started brewing up his own, fingers crossed we don't get the terrible fruit harvest we've been warned about.

Its nice here in Carmarthenshire this morning but I think that is all set to change.
As for the seeds I am with NormandyMary - you kniw the old saying, Ne'r (not sure thats spelt correctly) cast a clout until May is out

We had 5 days of cold wind, now raining and cold but at least no wind. Very depressing after all those warm days.
