Title: Warning for smallholders in Lincs & East Riding
Post by: reedos on March 29, 2012, 10:58:56 am
Morning all,

Just thought I'd let you know, I've had a break in to my sheds overnight - Honda brushcutter, ryobi chainsaw and numerous "small" tools taken and the energiser from my electric fencing. They tried to cut the chains and padlocks on my gates but didn't manage it so didn't manage to nick the rotovator.

I've heard word that somebody not too far from me had their electric fencing stolen a few weeks ago - so if you are around Barton Upon Humber and anybody offers you cheap tools they could well be pinched. And make sure your stuff is safe.

Buggers!

Bad luck  :bouquet:

Our local police have had a concerted effort on rural crime this year and seem to be making some headway.  It'll be costing the taxpayer, though...

Somebody came here today ... o/h saw him lifting the lid on the chicken coop,

Between him and the German Shepherd, they soon shifted him!! After either eggs or chicken, didn't get either (just a BIG Shock!!)
