Title: Another Informative photo for those new to lambing.

As we all know the first thing to appear when a ewe lambs is the water bag.
 ::) :sheep:

On a serious note for those new to lambing and in an attempt to be informative :-
There are actually 2 water bags,  the second one isn't mentioned as much in books.

thx Moleskins, that makes sense. i was told to expect singles and a bit confused that i could see a bag after the birth.  Mmm. Or was that the afterbirth?

This second bag is I suppose technically part of the afterbirth because it comes after the birth, what most people would recognise as afterbirth has the little nodules on  (the cotyledons). Hope this helps someone to understand what they are seeing and if it's normal variation or not.
