Title: Insulated bags - wool?
Post by: LulaB on March 22, 2012, 07:06:59 pm
Hi everyone

This should be a question for you, WoollyVal, I suppose.

I'm looking for insulated bags.  I know WoolCool do them, but blimey, they are spenny and you have to buy a pallet of them.  But they would be handy for Farmers' markets and for folks to take stuff away with them.  Anyone know of a manufacturer who will do small amounts (circa 150)?

Yes.....my old company The Woolly Shepherd will do any quantity you want! Also they are made of west country wool and most is bought direct from the farmer therefore making it fairly traded! Now I'm not sure exactly what sizes Nicky the new owner makes now but we used to make bespoke for farmers markets along with wooden boxes like in the picture here. Give her a phone, website is www.woollyshepherd.co.uk (http://www.woollyshepherd.co.uk)
