I have taken over 4 acres of neglected field and some wood. Over the past 2 weeks wild garlic has started to pop up everywhere. We probably have an acre of it :o . The goats and horses have zero interest in it.
How do I get rid of it? would grazon touch it?
-
It's not protected is it? I know that on lanes and byway you are not allowed to pull it up.(In Scotland - don't know about Englandshire)
-
I suppose you could pick and sell or pick and freeze, its very nice a light in flavor, if you do not want to pick it then others may want to help themselves...not sure if you can get rid of it either!!!
-
Sandy's right it has a lovely light flavour. Selling it at the gate might be an option - or even 'pick your own'?

Glyphosate apparently

Cut, cut and keep cutting. It'll go in the end.
-
Id echo above - see if local restaurants want to buy it - both leaves and flowers are delicious cooked or in salads. I wonder if you could pot and sell at farmers markets?
-
We are next to gatcombe Woods, it probably came from there. Wonder if I could sell it as a royal crop ;D
