I am looking to purchase two dark coloured ryeland wethers although would consider ewes. I live on the east coast of Lincolnshire and have transport.

Try the Ryeland Flock Book Society website, although I doubt you'll find wethers on there. You might be able to find a breeder local to you, at least, if no-one traps from TAS.

Thanks Rosemary, not having much luck in this area.

Would you be able to wait for this year's lamb crop? I could post something on the RFBS facebook page if you like.
Someone down there might be glad of homes for two of their tup lambs that aren't good enough to breed from.
-
Rosemary, that would be great . Thank you very much

I tried to join the RFBS Facebook page but it appears to be closed??

Is it OK if I give your email address as is in your TAS profile?

Hi Rosemary, yes it will be ok to pass on my e-mail adress, thank you.

P.S. a really nice site, full of activity, helpful hints, georgeous photos and pleasant people on the forum.

I've got two coloured lambs this year, one ram and one ewe. They'll be up for grabs when they are ready.
