After posting and asking about what to look for re: prolapse.... I went out about 10.30 to check that all was well in the sheep shed only to find two new lambs ;D  Herdy had had her babies by herself - dammit- I wanted to be there... :(
So what I had thought was the start of a prolapse was indeed her getting ready to lamb that evening.... no udder to speak of even then, but managed amongest the belly fleece to find her teats and guide the two most gorgeous babies to suckle. Finally got to bed at twelve o clock.
What a St Davids day I had had, I had to go to Cardiff 180ml round trip to take an exam so I could continue carryingout Energy Assessments - I passed..... :o :o
I did tell Herdy to cross her legs while I was gone.
And then for her to lamb with no problems was the icing on the cake even if I wasn't there.

Piccy I took yesterday (12 hrs old) - will have to get some more when they are out in the grass yard, but a very windy cold, heavy rain showers day to-day and Herdy thought better to stay in the warm of the barn than go out with her babies.
Forgot to say one little ewe lamb and one ram lamb.
