Title: what to do, what to do...
Post by: TheCaptain on March 02, 2012, 03:58:54 pm
So, with Betty (hopefully) in calf I am now switching my attention to Mooey, her calf from July last year and what we should plan to do with her. My wife wants to eat her, I'm not so sure. I remember when we got her and I think it was VSS that said we should consider her going off possibly in-calf to be a house cow.

What does everyone think?

if shes kind and not too huge then why not.
a friend said he had a cow that would a great house cow, when i had a look, she was the biggest cow iv ever seen, and had a reputation for trying to kill anyone who went near her calf. clearly no idea what a house cow is!
