We upsticks and moved to the country a couple of years ago and took over a kennels and cattery outside Linlithgow. It s been a great move and our ever expanding menagerie now includes six dogs, a cat and 18 hens (unfortunately a few have turned out to be cockerels with raging hormones ;D). we first go into hens through our neighbours and got some rescue battery hens, we have added cream legbars, cuckoo orpingtons and jersey giants (hatched from eggs bought on ebay) which free range on some spare ground at the back of the kennels. Our next project with the lighter nights is to build an alotment for veg and fruit to help us get our 5 a day ;)

Hello and welcome, we just live around the corner. Glad you like living in this area. Our pets consist of 13 ducks, 9 hens, 1 cockerel (perhaps you have heard him), 2 jack russells and 10 goldfish. I know where you are, nice spot.

Not many people on the map yet.................... You don't have to pinpoint exactly where you are if you are concerned about security - an approximation helps everyone get an idea of how close we are to each other.

I put myself on the map, not sure if I hit France though, but at least the right continent. (Geography not being my strong point) ;D
