Title: Pig In A Day Butchery Course - 25th March

We will provide you with half a rare breed, outdoor born and reared pig

Our high class butcher will 1st demonstrate how to butcher half a pig and then guide you step by step as you butcher your own half carcass.

You will learn;
The basic cuts
Boning and rolling
Sausage making
The art of dry cured bacon making

At the end of the day you will take home half a pig, butchered by yourself, a sample of sausage and bacon

Price for the day £195 per person
Price includes lunch and refreshments

Bookings now being taken for 25th March
the course will be held approx 7 miles from the goole junction of M62
