Desperately needing 2 replacement wheels for my trailor, they don't necessarily need to have tyres on them. I'm 15 miles west of Glasgow & willing to travel to collect them.
-
its a long time since you have been on anyway from memory your wheels are quite narrow unless you have bought a different one the best place to get them is an ifor Williams dealer and cheaper (really) :farmer:
-
Hi Robert
Yep, I'm back
Ivor Williams cheaper :o that's gotta be a first. I'll give them a bell today
Say hello to Lillian for me

 I've pm'd you

Some trailers have a grease nipple on the hub, you'll need a rim with a notch in it to go over the grease nipple.

Lynne,
Does your wheel look like digits link above?
-
Yes, I believe it does - I thought it was rust damage :-[
-
This looks to be a similar one with a tyre from Northern Tool (a wee bit cheaper ;)) Obv. without exact sizes and stuff it's just a guess :-\ http://www.northerntooluk.com/tyres-and-wheels-and-castors/steel-wheel-assemblies/trailer-wheel-assembly-40-x-8_130161E.html?fhsearchterm=trailer+wheel?tab=reviews (http://www.northerntooluk.com/tyres-and-wheels-and-castors/steel-wheel-assemblies/trailer-wheel-assembly-40-x-8_130161E.html?fhsearchterm=trailer+wheel?tab=reviews)
Though Tobytoby's would be a better price altogether ;) ;D ;D ;D
-
all wheels are not the same diameter width offset or inset pcd the spacing of the wheel studs or bolts
ifor Williams are cheaper for tyres special ones for trailers normal tyre suppliers just cant compete on price on a like for like basis :farmer:
-
had a look at my p6e wheels today they are stamped as follows
VLUKON
T.3031
6.00X10H2
tyre size=20.5x8-10
and the spacing betwean the bolt holes is 100mm
but when i saw at at the gow show you had narrower tyres and wheels :farmer:

Thanx Karen, I will have a look at this site.
Robert - I thought I was confused before ::) now I'm completely befuddled ! How can such a little trailor have so many wheel types - arrrrgh ???
-
Lynne,
Sorry but i can't get you the wheels (wrong type & size).
I assume you are moving piggies - if not, i have a wee trailer you could use?
Grant
-
Thanx Grant,
Yep - it's for piggies - ones that should have gone to the abattoir before Xmas ::)
I may have some luck though - the local feed merchant gets a loan of a horse trailor when she needs to, she reckoned that as long as I washed it out, her friend would never know it was used to carry pigs ???
I have told her she MUST ask her friend - I wouldn't like loaning stuff to someone to find half the neighbourhood's been using it :o
