Title: Smokehouse central Scotland?
Post by: arusse23 on December 08, 2011, 10:20:51 am
Can anyone recommend a good smokehouse in central Scotland. I live in renfrewshire, so the closer the better. I hvae tried Ramsays at Carluke and they dont want to know until after christmas. Robertsons at Ardrossan arent too keen either. Can my butcher stamp the meat before it goes so I know ill get my stuff back and not someone else's smaller pig?

your advert made me laugh (the small pig bit)  why not buy a Bradley smoker and do the smoking yourself then you know for definite it is your own meat      or make your own       they are not cheap to run the briquet's are dear :farmer:
