Title: wheres best place to buy chucks?

just wondering if anyone can tell me where the best place is to buy chickens and how much about they are???? thanks :farmer: :)

mmmmm.. There is a good place place Leicester I know?
They are between £12 and £15 depending on colour, mileage, MOT etc :)

go into w h smiths and buy a copy of practical poultry . There is a section in the back giving details of poultry sellers in all regions. i get stick for reading pp, especially by the pool on holiday, but so what, it is a good source of info on poultry. rescue hens are much cheaper, usually a donation, and also a worthy cause.
