Hello everyone
As a long time lurker I thought I better sign up ! I'm Martin, me and my girlfriend live in sunny Lancashire, we are currently the proud :-\ owners of four laying hens and two British Saddleback pigs. We had our first foray in to pig keeping last year when we raised and butchered two Gloucester old Spots.
Thanks for all the good advice we have used already.
Martin.

Welcome from across pennines on a very sunny warm morning in North Yorkshire.
I keep GOS so glad you enjoyed them. Good luck with the saddlebacks they make excellent bacon.

Hello and welcome from North Cumbria.
I've just weaned 5 chunky cheeky little Saddleback crosses; their inquisitiveness around the farm was so much missed we locked mum (OSB) up inside for the day today to let the youngsters run riot for a while! ;D
Sadly they're now big enough for 5 to do quite a bit of damage rootling everywhere, so they're back in chokey tonight :(
Welcome again, looking forward to hearing more about your piggy ventures

 Hello from sunny Shropshire. U am a would-be goat keeper but, with only a back garden, which already contains three goats, fruit trees and bushes and vegetable beds, I couldn't possibly squeeze pigs in. To be honest, I would have problems persuading OH in any case.
Happy smallholdering! :farmer:
