Title: spanish chicken with lots of garlic
Post by: oink on November 16, 2011, 11:20:35 pm
Just tried this recipe and it really is the easiest and tastiest thing I've ever cooked.  The amount of garlic used seemed ridiculous, I thought it was a misprint at first, but after the cooking it came out sweet and caramelised.

I've actually doubled my garlic bed for this recipe alone!

enjoy...

Gosh, there is a lot of garlic in it but even at this time of the morning its making my mouth water.

I'm definitely going to give this a go. Thanks

Oh wow, that sounds good. Put two cockerels in the freezer at the weekend - so will try it out  :)

This recipe is awesome.  Made it when I first saw it published.  Yum - want some now!  I always find Guardian recipes are good - I don't buy a paper any more, but searching online have found loads of great stuff from them.
