Title: feeding maybe poultry dunno?

I dont know if this is poultry or not but does anyone know what t feed a hunting harris hawk.I know their weight is very particulier but can you just feed them beef?

So far as I know it's better to feed them rabbit but it's be better to ask on a dedicated falconry forum :)
