We have just stayed at Mandy & Derek Colbourns smallholding for 3 days (www.glenelwyn.co.uk (http://www.glenelwyn.co.uk)) brilliant place to stay, highlight though was being shown around especially the goats! Hadn't seen many Anglo Nubians before so was quite an introduction, they are fine examples and look brilliant. She has a superb male about 16 months old called Bachus and boy you knew he was there!! The ladies were all brides of his and they look superb. Mandy even let me have a go at milking, I wasnt the best but did manage to extract milk! A good all round experience in a lovely part of the world, thanks again mandy & derek

Awwww, thanks guys - and delighted you enjoyed your stay despite the rather soggy conditions underfoot! If you decide to venture this way again, I'll give you the grand tour of all the sheep and the pigs too ;D.
