Title: less than 24 hours
Post by: ellisr on October 11, 2011, 09:44:04 am
The 'O' kits come home tomorrow at 11am. The rescue centre are bringing them so that they can see where they live and also take some photos of the sheep I got from them 2 years ago

Omg they'll be here in 2 hours and I don't know if I like the bed I made for them I better go and dive into my fabric box and see if I can find another design

We're waiting for pictures... but not holding our breaths as you will be watching and playing with them for HOURS!   :D

Enjoy!

They haven't arrived yet apparently there are roads closed and the lady fetching them and doing the inspection has had to take a detour (for an hour)

They have arrived (eventually) and are stressed from the very long journey they had. No photos until they come out of hiding

They popped out to feed last night and I forgot to take my camera. Ophelia is very tame and like attention the other 2 are still very weary and hide most of the time.

Try a Feliway plug in. We got a rescue cat years ago - Homer - he was old and had been a stray a long time. He lived under the bed until we bought the Feliway. Within 24 hours, he was out, sitting under my chair in the living room.

I'm going to give them a few days to explore and get used to the new place as it is much bigger than they are used to. I think I'll make a few more toys as well to help coax them out from behind things.

The favourite place seems to be inside a box or on a shelf.
