There are plenty of tasty treats awaiting and a lovely warm comfy tack room with bed to live in, no previous feline tenants and free food included in arrangement.

Such a shame you are not near me. I have two lovely black kittens ready to go now .....and some nice ginger ones, and white and black ones born this week - would be nice for them to have country homes, as they are from our farm cats.
-
Did you try cats protection; we got 2 young feral stable cats from them and they were delighted to find them a farm home as they were the 2 from the litter that hadnt been able to be tamed. I thought they might be anti- them not going to be indoor pets but they were quite the opposite, very supportive.
They came neutered and chipped and de flead and wormed.

I rang a couple of places and they have only got house cats, which is not what I want.

Try these people if you havent already? They have a Devon branch.

Tere are hundreds (well lots) of semi feral cats here. My neighbour has kittens needing homes. They are about twelve weeks I would say. (South Devon)
-
i'm in somerset, let me know if you dont find anything, i think i know of just the thing.
-
I'm going to a rescue centre to look at 2 young ferals but TBH the prices are a bit steep for ferals
-
if you can wait a few weeks i know of some for free to good homes, they wont be neutered or vaccinated though so you may want to factor those costs in.
-
I'll talk to OH as we have now stopped using poison so we are ready for a cat but we have seen a very quick rise in vermin numbers
-
Rescue centres do charge high prices for their cats and dogs etc - I suppose they are taking into consideration vet bills, for worming, de fleaing, and neutering/speying and microchipping, as they usually do all these pre homing. As I said previously, such a shame you are not nearer as you would be welcome to a couple of our kttens :)
I have seen cats at a animal sanctuary for £60!! I give my farm kittens away to people I know, but otherwise a charge of £20 to cover what they have eaten (well, part way towards it!) and wormer and flea stuff. People seem quite happy with that.
Have two left from current litter (black) and some ready in about three weeks (white and black and one black and white) if anyone is near enough to us and is looking for kittens. Will be litter trained, and at present live in farm buildings.

The 2 we are going to look at are 13 weeks old and I don't have much more info I doubt they will be neutered at that age, but I do know that they wouldn't make house cats.
